MOVEMENT AND SPEED PROGRAMME

Speed is a physical characteristic that excites us. Without speed, you muscles lack power, intimidation and might. They are simply for show and helping friends move heavy furniture. Power is your ability to throw all that muscular might into useful velocity. It is your ability to turn your muscles into something more than just guns to be put on display at the beach.

In our programme we build strong foundation and focus on all 4 types of speed that any versatile athlete must develop in order to be competitive:

  • Acceleration Speed: From stop to go

  • Deceleration Speed: From go to stop

  • Lateral Speed: From side to side

  • Linear Speed: Running in a straight line
     

This programme will make u faster and stronger through variety of reaction speed drills and acceleration training methods derived from years of research and experience . In a nutshell, if we are unconditioned to doing things quickly, then we may get hurt.

EXPLOSIVE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

At our explosive strength and conditioning programme we focus on all 4 areas of strength:
 

1-ABSOLUTE STRENGTH

4- STRENGTH ENDURANCE

With huge variety of free weights exercises we focus of creating solid functional foundation for your physique. Explosive Strength is the ability to exert maximal force in minimal time . The majority of this training is combining maximum effort, Exercises to increase the strength and potential of the muscles,training with light weights will lead to improvising speed.

COMMANDO CORE 

Don't be the guy who looks at a beautiful girl and immediately sucks in his stomach and when she looks away you stick that belly out again.

  • CORE TRAINING IS FOR EVERYONE

Our commando core programme is extensively designed for special force units of military and black cat commandos. We have been training the special forces units from years and first time this programme has been introduced for civilians. Through numerous core workouts derived from various martial arts the commando core program is unique.

  • WHAT IS CORE ?

The core includes the traverse abdominis (TVA), erector spinae, obliques and your lower lats. These muscles work as stabilizers for the entire body. Many of us have office jobs and sit eight to nine hours a day. Add another hour or two of driving time and that adds up to a lot of sitting. Prolonged sitting and no exercise weakens the muscles  of your midsection.The last thing anyone wants, including hard-training athletes, is to blow out their back by picking up a two-year-old child off the floor.

  • SIDE EFFECTS OF CORE TRAINING.

Side effect is a dynamic six pack, which gets plenty of attention at the beach!
